The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The college is equipped with a spacious library with more books on all topics. The total area of our library is 9200 sq. ft. An ERP package for our college includes a Library Information System. Our library serves the needs of the UG Programmes of various departments of our college. We have a sufficient number of copies of textbooks and reference books.

The Physical Education Department of Annai College of Engineering and Technology coordinates the sports activities. The management’s commitment to look after the students’ flair for sports got an additional fillip from the Government of India’s grant for augmenting sports equipment. Our college campus has a Volleyball Court, a Basketball Court, Ball Badminton, Shuttle Badminton, a 400 mt. Running Track, Cricket, Football, Shuttle, Badminton, Long Jump, High Jump, Parallel Bar, Weight Lifting facilities, etc.

The college provides a Hi-Speed 8-Mbps Internet facility for the benefit of the students through surfing, Online study materials, Online journals, E-Books, Groups, etc. Our college is equipped with separate Internet Labs with Higher-end systems which are fully air-conditioned.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.

The College has a fully air-conditioned Seminar Hall to accommodate 400 delegates. The Seminar Hall is well furnished with a raised podium, good acoustics, the latest public address system, and LCD facilities. To facilitate international meets V-Sat connection is also made available.

The College For students to be punctual and to help them to have more time, Annai College of Engineering and Technology operates a fleet of high-quality buses. For safety, female students must use the college bus. Annai College of Engineering and Technology buses cover all the routes in Kumbakonam and the four districts surrounding Kumbakonam.

The college provides wireless technology through Wi-Fi on campus for the benefit of students and faculties having Laptops. This benefits students and faculties for referring the Online study materials and Research articles at any time at any place. 

There are well-equipped laboratories for imparting hands-on operational skills for conducting tests in various branches. In co-education classes, girls and boys are seated separately.
