The campus features a Men's Hostel, serving as a home away from home for approximately 150 students hailing from various states across the country. To ensure the well-being and leisure of its residents, the hostel offers a range of amenities, including a General Library, Entertainment Centre, Indoor and Outdoor Sports facilities, and a fully equipped gymnasium. The well-appointed rooms provide flexible accommodation options, including single, double, and triple occupancy.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

A P S College of Engineering boasts a spacious central library spanning an impressive area of 586 square meters. This well-equipped library operates with the assistance of fully automated EASY LIB ILMS software, specifically the Easylib Web Version License: Easy lib 6.4a Cloud Version. This system has been in place since 2009.

The college boasts indoor and outdoor sports facilities, making it an enticing destination for enthusiasts to linger after their classes. Our students have consistently demonstrated their prowess by achieving commendable results in VTU-sponsored open tournaments, both at the state and national levels. These achievements have not only brought them recognition at the national level but have also opened doors for them to participate in international competitions.

The college has E-Learning has brought about profound changes the world over in the way people learn and train, allowing them to do it anywhere, any time. Through the web, a user can access content from any point, off or on campus, through a computer and connectivity. The web is being used for delivering more extensive content on a particular course. E-vidya comprises a video streaming server with 9 TB storage, which can be accessed across the campus network.

The College Canteen provides healthy and wholesome food to the students at a very affordable cost. The canteen has a varied menu that makes anybody hungry. The food prepared is hygienic and safe.

The College has an air-conditioned state-of-the-art hall that acts as a common platform for an interface for students, faculty, and corporate personalities. It is in a theater-style setting with armchairs with folding tables. It can accommodate 300 persons.

The college, located 26 kilometers from the city center, boasts excellent connectivity through a modern fleet of buses. These buses efficiently pick up students from key residential areas across the city and ensure their safe return after college hours. Our transportation service extends beyond daily commuting, facilitating student participation in diverse academic events in the town and beyond.

The college has an Alumni meet "SANGOMA -2012" which was conducted on 3rd March 2012, Saturday. It was organized to meet all the passed-out students under one roof. It started by lighting the lamp by Mr. Hariharan(ECE 2001) & Mrs. Seemathini (ECE 2003). Prof. C P Sameera (Head Dept. of CSE, CSE 2002), gave a brief introduction about the college to the Alumni and welcomed them.

The college has Wi-Fi Access which is available on campus allowing electronic devices such as personal computers, Smartphones, and tablets can connect to a network resource such as the Internet via wireless network access.

The Rotaract Club of APS College of Engineering is dedicated to providing selfless services to society. It serves as a platform for individuals with shared values and aspirations to unite for a common cause, fostering growth in every conceivable aspect – personal, professional, and emotional. Rotaract unites individuals aged 18 to 30, offering a space to exchange ideas, cultivate leadership and professional skills, and enjoy the rewards of service.

The Leo Club established at APS College of Engineering embodies the mission of empowering Lions clubs’, volunteers, and partners to enhance the health and well-being of communities, strengthen social bonds, and provide assistance to those in need through humanitarian services and impactful grants that have a global reach. Additionally, the Leo Club fosters an environment of peace and international understanding. The acronym "LEO" stands for "Leadership Experience Opportunity," reflecting the commitment of Leos to collaborate with local leaders and organizations. They actively engage in identifying the distinctive requirements of their communities and neighboring areas, strategizing and executing service projects that effectively address these needs.
