Dear aspirant,As said your AIR is 45,000.In maharashtra there are 540 engineering colleges offering part time and full time  study.Maharashtra eligibility criteria for b.tech courses is candidate must have passed 12 th under any certified board with 60% aggregate.

For admission in btech colleges,Accepts scores of JEE main also.Army institute of technology, pune cut off  closing rank is based on 2019 mentioned course wise:-

*Computer science and engineering :-53,637 rank.

*Information technology:-65,278.

*Electronics and Telecommunication engineering :-81,255.

*Mechanical engineering:-1,13,592.

Army Institute of Technology, Pune is among the leading Engineering colleges of India. It has been rated with AAAA grade by Careers360. As of 2018,

AIT Pune had a closing rank of around 55132 for Computer Science.

For Information Technology, the closing rank was 65295.

As per your rank and previous year cutoff, the branches you will get in AIT Pune are:

B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering

These are the only two branches you will get in AIT Pune through counselling.

If we go through the placement's about both of the college then  AIT (Army Institute of technology ) Pune provides good placements faculties to their aspirants and as per your tagging line Computer science /Information technology students holding the highest placements with average 6 Lpa .There are lots of companies visited every year such as TCS, Infonsys ,Wipro ,HCL etc..

NRTI (National rail and Transportation India ) is established in the year of 2018 and mostly placements is done after 3rd years or 4th year but this college is newly introduces the course and first batch will pass out after 2022 so till now there is no record found so it will difficult to predict to placemats.

So you go through AIT pune is good option for you .

according to last year cutoff for getting cse the cutoff ast at apporx 53600 and may be this time if it went down you will b able to get cse in army institute of technology pune.

you may even go for information technology and if any seat in cse remains vacant you may upgrade to cse but this may be little risky

You might get ait Pune with this rank as your father is an army.
But it would a bit difficult because as you said your obc rank is 133000.
But hope for the best
You can get ait Pune. But I think you'll not get good department.

As you said, you got 133000 Rank in JEE Mains, but You did not mentioned that, It is your Common rank list (CRL) or Category Rank.

If it is your Common rank (CRL) then there is less probability to get admission in Army Institute of Technology, Pune.

The admission in AIT, Pune is based on All India Rank. In 2019 the cut off (AIR) rank for admission to Computer Science Engineering was 53637  for admission in AIT, Pune. Considering this you have decent chances of getting seat in AIT, PUNE in CSE but cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease slightly depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.
