Candidate seeking admission to AIT is required to take JEE Main 2021. Any category students belong to Army personnel can get admission. AIT is located at Dighi Hills, Alandi Road area in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Only wards of army personnel are allowed admission.

Only the wards of Indian Army personnel can take admission in AIT. The college offers BE and ME courses. AIT is affiliated to the University of Pune. Army Institute of Technology has secured 91st rank in NIRF 2019.

You are elligible for AIT Pune only if your either of parents are army service man. Further the form is still out for admission and should be filled up to 29 May without late fees and 15th June with late fees. The cutoff is yet not declared as the process is still under scrutiny.

I'm sorry but unfortunately there is no reservation for GD rank Army personnel's. But you surely can get AIT if you secure a higher ranked and 95 above percentile. Not much but mechanical branch is for sure.
Admission to AIT will be done on the basis of candidates All India Rank scored in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main . Therefore, it is must for all candidates to participate in JEE Main conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) for admission to AIT, Pune. Applicants are required to submit the AIT Application Form along with a photocopy of JEE Main Admit Card/Hall Ticket. Fill the AIT application form before 29 May 2021.

Yes you can get AIT Pune as it is only for army personnel's and you have scored a descent score in IIT. The seats for IT are also said to be 60.  Next you should make confirm about filling the application form before 29 May 2021 that is without late fee and 15 June 2021 with late fee as the forms are already out. The eligibility criteria to be eligible to get admission in Army Institute of Technology is that a candidate passed in 10+2 with compulsory Physics, Mathematics and any of the subject among Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational Subject and must have scored at least 50% in the above mentioned subjects. Your percentage in PCM is 55.6% so you have fulfilled the eligible criteria.

In this case you can wait for sometime to fill the form as the Jee exams attempt 2 has been postponed (happened between Between 01 Sep 2020 to 06 Sep 2020 )and hence the last date of submission of completed application without the late fees was also postponed to end after the second JEE attempt ie on 10 September 2020 as stated on the official website.So after getting the results of second attempt you can fill the form provided you fill it before 10th september 2020 to avoid late fees.

Also the Admission schedule and Joining Instructions will be updated on the AIT website (www.aitpune.com) in the month of Sep 2020.

AIT Pune gives admission from your JEE Mains score.
On the basis of last few years cutoffs, a candidate can comfortably expect admission in AIT Pune under 45K in JEE Mains .
So you need to get a rank under 50k that means score around 130-140

Although your rank depends on various parameters

1.difficulty level of the paper,
2. number of candidates appearing

scoring around 130-140 in JEE Mains may get you under 50k.

For admission for AIT Pune The candidate must have passed/appeared Class XII or equivalent with compulsory subjects as Physics and Maths alongwith one of the Chemistry/Biotech/Biology. Candidate should obtain at least 50% in the above combination subjects after that your JEE rankings will be considered.

IIIT Bangalore offers admission to postgraduate and doctoral courses. Admission to some courses will be done through the All India Level Entrance Examination while for some courses admission will be done on the basis of the merit in the qualifying examination. Further, the candidates have to appear for an interview process for some courses.

They have 60 seats in every course expect computer science (120 seats) total 300 seats so at your rank there's less chances of getting any branches but you can try at your best to get mechanical branch at AIT.

Mechanical branch cut off is less than other branches so you can try on mechanical branch.

My college have all the necessary infrastructure, the accedmics block contains all the department (Comp, IT, Entc, Mech). the computer labs are well maintained and have all the required machines. we have a football ground, cricket ground, 2 basketball courts, 3 vollyball grounds, 1 badminton hall, 1 tennis ground, 1 squash court and 1 kabaddi court (with mat)

The infrastructure of this college is very good, and they teach on projects. Their Wi-Fi is also good, with an average speed above 70 MB/s. They have a very disciplined library, as you can study from 8 to 10 PM to build your future. Mess food has many varieties and is very hygienic. In sports, it is very good, and some of the students also reached the national level.
