Among all the mentioned college COEP is the best.
COEP is a government engineering college with a good placement record and also its fees is very low.
But if you want to do CSE and have good financial condition then go for VIT.

If you are from Army Background then you have passed 1 criteria to get admission in AIT because only Indian Army personnel's Ward can get admission in that college.

Its a very good college in every way like infrastructure,placement,campus,faculty etc.

The cut for AIT is quit high as

Last year the cutoff in All India Rank in Jee Main for Electronics and Communication was over 1.35 lakhs.
For Computer Science and engineering branch it was lower, around 65k. For mechanical Engineering, it was over 1 lakhs. And information technology it was around 90k. There are 120 seats for
