The College offers separate hostel facilities for Boys. Each hostel has spacious single and sharing accommodation with well-furnished rooms with television, telephone, internet connectivity, a water purifier, and a host of popular indoor and outdoor games/sports. The hostels also have in-house dining facilities offering a range of national cuisines.

The College has Library (Guyana mandir) is a treasure trove of information on architecture, urban planning, personality development, communication skills, and allied technical disciplines. Books apart, the library boasts a huge collection of national and international journals and popular and technical magazines on higher education. The E-library section is equipped with ten computers with network connectivity. The Library software New Gen Lib and Del Plus are in use for monitoring and tracking systems in use. Online International journals like Delnet, JPER, Vernacular Architecture, and Planning Theory are subscribed for reference.

The College has aims at the overall personality development of students. The campus houses a 910 sq.m. multi-purpose outdoor games area, which is suited for badminton, volleyball, cricket, etc. Students can also enjoy a game of carrom or chess in any of the several outdoor and semi-outdoor spaces that are highly conducive for such games. 

The College has a Computer Centre that comprises high-speed network connectivity-enabled computing facilities with analog applications ( MS Office, Open Office, etc.), digital software of 2-dimensional applications( Auto CAD, Q CAD, etc.), and 3-dimensional applications ( Revit, Sketch-up, etc.) for developing two and three-dimensional images, maps, and simulations.
