The college has a medical facility with a person in charge. The college has all the required first-aid medicines to aid the needy. Our college also has an ambulance service that can be availed in case of an emergency. Students Health care Centre is located on the campus within easy reach of all the students. A full time trained nurse will be available to take care of the students. All types of generic medicines will be available for the needy students as one may need it at any time. Consultation and Medicines are all free of cost.

The college has Health is wealth, and you get that wealth only by working out. In this regard, we have provided a gym facility for the students. We made sure to provide dedicated gyms to boys and girls so that they can work out efficiently. Well equipped with modern facilities, Central Library is with an area of 1200 ft. It has a seating capacity of 300 persons and follows the Open Access System. A Specialized collection of books, journals, and non-book material are available in Engineering, Technology, and Management. Our collection has over 54818 Volumes of books, 6840 Titles. The college subscribes to about 168 National and International journals. Responding to the varying needs of the academic community by involving faculty, students, and administration in the development and periodic assessment of library services and resources. Library provides an environment conducive to the optimum use of library materials and an appropriate schedule of hours of service and professional assistance.

At BITS, Sports and games are given utmost importance with this philosophy in mind. Since these activities can play a crucial role in the physical and attitude development of the students. Participation in sports and games fosters friendliness and broadmindedness among the participants. When all the students take part in sport and games, they will be healthy and active. They will participate in their academic studies and scientific experiments with great enthusiasm and that is why the complete participation of all the students is a prerequisite. The college has Canteens and cafeterias are one of the important parts of student life where you can find most of the students chatting and gossiping about different topics. It plays a vital role in removing tensions and refreshing students. The college canteen is fairly new and provides enough and delicious food at affordable rates. BITS has the facility of spacious, clean, and hygienic canteens and cafeterias that cater to the taste of all students. The canteen can conveniently accommodate 150 students at a time in which a variety of dishes are available at most nominal rates. The canteen remains open on all working days. It provides all types of nutritious and hygienic eatables and beverages to cater to the students, staff, and visitors. Mess facilities are available with a well-maintained dining hall adjacent to the hostel. Vegetarian/ non-vegetarian meals are prepared hygienically. RO purified water supply is provided. The hostel residents are encouraged to take active participation in menu planning and other menu-related matters.
