The training and placement cell at Bapatla Womens' Engineering College provides placement training, career counselling and placement opportunities to the students of the college. The BWEC Bapatla placement cell organises placement training activities like soft training skills, resume writing, mock interviews and group discussions. BWEC Bapatla placement cell placed students in multinational companies and other reputed organisations and industries. 

The BWEC Bapatla placement cell organises placement drives, and provides adequate infrastructure for it like interview halls, rooms and other such facilities, to ensure a smooth placement procedure. The placement cell of BWEC Bapatla has placed a total of 15 students from the BTech courses.
