For Reserved Category (OBC, SC & ST), cut off will be 40% of the qualifying marks. Cut off will be around 480.

For General Category – PH, cut off will be 45% of the qualifying marks. Cut off will be around 540.

For Reserved Category -PH, cut off will be 40% of the qualifying marks. Cut off will be around 480.

For admission in MIT and BCE score above 700.

I think you may have some chances to get this Institute and because last year this Institute provides even less rank to civil but my suggestion does not need to take the risk to apply for and also seek some other Institute as you backup because the chance of this Institute may below it is not great idea to only apply in this Institute also apply for other.

Coming to your question it seems difficult for you to get bce bhaglpur or not Muzaffarpur at this rank in the first round of counselling , but at last round you can get mit Muzaffarpur but not bce Bhagalpur ,

But yes at last I will say you that yes hope for the best .
