Bhajarang Engineering College, Thiruvallur Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The College is a separate hostel for boys on the campus. Boy's hostel is situated inside the college campus in an area of 5,000 sq. ft of land The Boys Hostel accommodates 300 boys. There are around 100 students in the boy's hostel. The respective messes attached to the hostels provide quality and nutritious veg & non-veg food in a hygienic environment. A recreation room with TV and provisions for indoor games like Table Tennis, Chess, and Carom are available. Medical officers visit the hostels every day. Deputy Wardens, Resident Tutors reside in both the hostels and they take care of the discipline and other welfare activities of the residents. There are separate generators as standby for the supply of electricity continuously. A car for emergency hostel use is in place 24 hours a day.

The College Girls' Hostel is situated inside the college campus in an area of 8,000 sq. ft of land. It can accommodate 360 girl students, and at present 50 students and staff are housed. Other amenities like water & power supply, generator, mineral water for drinking and stationary, are provided to cater to the needs of the students and staff. The mess of the hostel provides hygienic and nutritious food to the inmates. Security services are provided round the clock to ensure safety.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

Our central library has a collection of 10000 books for issue and reference in various disciplines. In addition to this, the college procures 15 international journals, 25 national journals, besides newspapers and magazines for reading.

The college has facilities for indoor games like Table Tennis, Carrom, and Chess. The college has facilities for playing Volleyball, Ball Badminton, Shuttlecock, Football, Basketball, Cricket, Hockey, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, and Tennikoit.

The College department has over 150 Intel Pentium Core 2 Duo computers, which are fully networked and have the latest software. The computer center is fully air-conditioned with adequate UPS backup, having covered up area of more than 15000 sq. ft and has internet facilities through 3mbps leased line with Aircel and local loop by Aircel Corp.

The College Delicious and nutritious food is provided in the canteen (inside the campus) which makes every student feel that they dine at home.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The Management is providing transport facility for our students at competitive rates. The college transport department provides punctual service, besides ensuring safety and security to the students. More than 20 college buses help the students & staff to commute to the college from various places especially all city areas. Also, it covers the following longer routes.

The college has a good networking for the alumni association.

The college provides Electronics lab, Electrical lab, Communications lab, Physics lab, Chemistry lab, Workshop and other associated facilities.
