Bharti College provides the facility of a medical center within the campus. The medical center is equipped with essential medicines and amenities for the students and staff members as well. Qualified doctors and medical staff are also available to take care of students at any point in time. Bharti college is also having a medical institute and 100-bed hospital nearby the college campus, it is also available for students in case of emergency.

The college has a gym facility for all the students. Students can avail the facility of a gymnasium other than the academic schedule.

The College has a well-equipped library to provide information to support the teaching, learning, and research facility to the students and faculty members of the Institute. Library provides various facilities to the users. The College blocks are well designed with a central open court for Badminton and a separate Basketball court.
