In TS EAMCET fee reimbursement is given for students having a rank below 10000 in TS EAMCET and also your parental income should be less than 1 LPA. If your parental income is less than 1 LPA then you need your parent's income certificate as a proof to be shown during councelling.

As your rank is 2325 you can surely avail the benefit of fee reimbursement in TS EAMCET if you have caste reservation and parental income less than 1 LPA or 2 LPA.
Looking on to previous year's cutoff marks, you have good chances to get CSE, ECE and EEE branch as per your caste.

Last year EWS reservation was not considered for seat allotment through TS EAMCET. So the cut off data is not available. Considering the previous year cur off under general category you have chances of getting seat in Chemical Engineering in Chaitanya Bharati Institute of Technology, Hyderabad. Based on previous years' cutoffs and your rank in TS EAMCET 2021, you have good chances to get admission at JNTUH College of Engineering, Hyderabad (in B.Tech Metallurgical Engineering only) even though you have tough chances to get chance in any streams at Chaitanya Bharati Institute of Technology.

If you are seeking for admission in any other streams other than Metallurgical Engineering from JNTUH College of Engineering then you don't have good chance as far as your rank and caste are concerned.
