It is difficult to calculate your obc rank, but it will be somewhat one-third of your general rank. Get the cutoff of this college

You can get into CBIT with tneamcet score too. The cutoff for jee mains is high. For cse your rank should be in 25000, IT 40000 and mech 60000. So it seems you have less chances as your rank is very low.  You can find some other college.
