For getting admission in CBIT, 7000 is not a great rank, you may not get desired branch. If you are OK with any branch then you have got a good chance of getting into CBIT. you can get admission into branches like biotechnology, chemical engineering etc. But if you are from the  SC/ST category, you may get into Civil, Mechanical, CSE, ECE etc.  To get seat in cbit you need to get atleast 2k eamcet rank and below . For that you need to get around 100 marks and more in eamcet exam .

Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology offers admission in various bachelor’s and master’s level degree programmes. For electronics and communication engineering your maximum fees will be 10 lakhs.

Honestly it is difficult for you to get a seat in any of the colleges through jee mains which you have mentioned. I would suggest you to keep other colleges as a backup like private colleges.

Colleges like VIT Vellore, SRM University, Manipal University, BITS Pilani are very good colleges and they offer good placements. The biggest disadvantage of these colleges are that they charge huge amount as tuition fees .

But if you are financially stable then i would suggest that you should take up these colleges.

Since you have not mentioned your category, i am considering you as a GENERAL Category student. Looking at the previous year TS EAMCET cutoff for CBIT Hyderabad, In order to get seat in cbit you need to get atleast 2k eamcet rank and below . Based on previous year cutoff analysis it seems difficult for you to secure a seat in mentioned colleges. The previous year cutoff for cbit was around 1449 , jntuh was around 662, ouce was around 1156 and for vasavi was around 3467.However you have secured a good rank through which you will definitely get a good college like MVSR, MGIT, Gokaraju rangaraju, KMIT, Vardhman etc. You can also get into JNTU Sultanpur and JNTU Manthani.

Candidates' scores on the common entrance tests determine their chances of admission to the UG programme at CBIT college. Basically the college takes admission through EAMCET conducted by JNTUH. If you want to enroll in CBIT, your JEE Mains rank won't be accepted.
