CBIT Hyderabad accepts EAMCET score card for admission in various Btech course..You have to qualify EAMCET with good score in order to get admission in CBIT..

Yes 90-100 is a good mark but not seat getting mark for the colleges you mentioned .But you may have chance depending on the rank you get and the category you belong .So aim higher than 100 ( which is a safe mark for those colleges) your rank would be below 5000.See there will be a lot of students in the range of average marks level ( 75-100) so even if you get 75 or 85 your rank would vary in just hundreds but there is a lot of difference in ranks like thousands for every mark between 100 - 130 and soon . So it's better to aim high (100+) for good college.

To get into CBIT, Hyderabad you have to get atleast a rank under 35,000 in TS-EAMCET regardless of branch based on the previous year closing ranks.
But again depending on the branch you want to get into and the category you belong to it will vary.
For branches like computer science, electrical and communications it is under 20,000 and  for branches like chemical and industrial production it could go up to 75,000.

CBIT is one of the top private engineering college in Hyderabad. Regarding placements it has very good record. The average package is nearly 3.5 to 6 lakhs per annum where as the highest is 21lakhs per annum.CSE and IT students can get placed in good companies and with handsome packages compared to other branches. Top Companies that visit the campus are Infosys, Microsoft, Oracle .. And some other. So, this college is good for cse than biotechnology. Placements is quite less for this course. CBIT and Vasavi engineering Colleges are one of the Best Engineering Colleges in Hyderabad. The Admission to this College is given through State level Entrance test TS EAMCET. If you are able to get a rank Below 10 k in TS EAMCET, You don't need to pay any fee . If your father/Mother is a Government Employee or your Income Level is more than the limit i,e more than 2 lakhs per annum then you are not eligible for Fee reimbursement. Then you have to pay that fee reimbursement even if you get a rank below 10k, if not,  no worries , no need to pay anything.

Getting seat in top most colleges like jntu,ou,cbit is too difficult.So to get admission through ecet is also hard.So as you belongs to st catagory you need to get rank below 300 or 400 so that you can easily get the admission.

It totally depends on you to choose which course you want. Because what matters here is the interest you show but not the college you join.
