Yes, you can get into Vasavi engineering college or CBIT Hyderabad through this percentile

Assuming you're a general candidate then according to the formula

Rank=(100-percentile)*8690.10

Your general rank is around 18,500 and you're rank must be under 25,000 to get into CSE in CBIT. So you're qualified to get CSE in CBIT.
