CEC Chirala Placements 2025: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

The Chirala Engineering College, Chirala training and placement office was established to foster relationships with corporate organisations. Encouraging proactive communication between the business and academic sectors is the goal of the CEC Chirala. Guest lectures, workshops, seminars, case studies, live projects and others training programmes are conducted by CEC Chirala placement cell. 

The Office engages with a wide range of national industries, of which approximately 200 come to the school for on-campus interviews.  CEC Chirala Placement activities includes IT and services enabled by IT Manufacturing Sectors, Consulting Organisations, Money Businesses Organisations for Management R&D centres.

• Arrange training for the final year students in soft skills. 

• Professional lectures on employability skills from outside institutions.

• Conducting workshops 

• Engage with different sectors, sign memorandums of understanding (MOUs) for recruiting drives, and hold seminars to inform students about the newest developments in a range of fields.

• Organise a company-specific training session prior to each recruitment to assist students in focusing on the particular abilities needed for that industry.

• Every student should have a feedback session following the conclusion of each recruiting drive in order to assess and inform them of the reasons why they were not chosen.
