JEE has introduced the percentile system this year only. All the previous trends are according to JEE mains rank or REAP rank. 

So if you want a clear answer please specify your REAP or JEE mains CRL rank.

Generally you can get admission in CTAE if your rank is below 2k ( for 1st round of reap).

Till 2013 CTAE used to take admission through a state level examination called RPET but now it takes admission through JEE MAIN score only. To get sure shot selection in CTATE you need score atleast 145. However, the branch that you will be alloted depends on many factors. 

As per your percentile and previous year cutoff, the colleges you get are:-

Pune institute of computer technology

KIIT College of engineering Haryana

Walchand institute of technology,Solapur

As your percentile in jee is 81.95 so your rank should be near about 150000. So no you will not be able to get admission in CSE branch in Maharana Pratap College.  Cut off in cse in maharana pratap college was near about 97000. You can try some other college or other branch in maharana pratap college.

It's bitter truth that your percentile and rank is not sufficient enough that you will get your desired college and branch. Moreover I suggest you to go for private colleges through management quota or drop this year and prepare for next year.

the eligibilty criteria for CTAE Udaipur college is:-

• 45% aggregate in 10+2 having major subjects as PCM
  
• must have qualified JEE Main as per the categorical mark
  

the selection criteria is they select candidates as per the REAP merit list.

SO check your reap qualifications and apply for the admission.

You will get an admission.

This is because of your low percentile due to which your rank in JEE Mains is very very high. On the basis of previous year cutt-offs for CTAE, Udaipur one needs to get rank around 16k to 88k in order to take admission there. You should look for some good private institutions or universities at the time of counseling in order to get computer science engineering.

You should look for some good private institutions or universities as you will not get any government college with this rank in JEE Mains.
