Till 2013 CTAE used to take admission through a state level examination called RPET but now it takes admission through JEE MAIN score only. To get sure shot selection in CTATE you need score atleast 145. However, the branch that you will be alloted depends on many factors. 

As per your percentile and previous year cutoff, the colleges you get are:-

Pune institute of computer technology

KIIT College of engineering Haryana

Walchand institute of technology,Solapur

As your percentile in jee is 81.95 so your rank should be near about 150000. So no you will not be able to get admission in CSE branch in Maharana Pratap College.  Cut off in cse in maharana pratap college was near about 97000. You can try some other college

It's bitter truth that your percentile and rank is not sufficient enough that you will get your desired college and branch. Moreover I suggest you to go for private colleges through management quota or drop this year and prepare for next year.
