So no you will not be able to get admission in CSE branch in Maharana Pratap College.  Cut off in cse in maharana pratap college was near about 97000. You can try some other college or other branch in maharana pratap college.

It's bitter truth that your percentile and rank is not sufficient enough that you will get your desired college and branch. Moreover I suggest you to go for private colleges through management quota or drop this year and prepare for next year.

• 45% aggregate in 10+2 having major subjects as PCM
  
• must have qualified JEE Main as per the categorical mark
  

the selection criteria is they select candidates as per the REAP merit list.

This is because of your low percentile due to which your rank in JEE Mains is very very high. On the basis of previous year cutt-offs for CTAE, Udaipur one needs to get rank around 16k to 88k in order to take admission there. You should look for some good private institutions or universities at the time of counseling in order to get computer science engineering.

You can only get if there is a vacant seat available in that college and have a good rank to secure the seat otherwise you will not get the seat. It depends on your rank.
