You can get into Dayananda Sagar Academy of Technology and Management but chances of  getting ECE branch are low. You can look into branches like mechanical, civil and aeronautical or you could look into other colleges whatever suits your requirements. Hope this helps. All the best.

With a rank of 3000 in PESSAT, you can get admission in any branch in 2nd round except the top branches like CSE and ECE. Other that that you can get admission in branches like EEE and Biotechnology etc.
