campus is small, 5 acres only at knowledge park 3. classrooms have AC and projector which is cool, saves us in summer. labs are decent — windows, linux and Steve Jobs lab with macs, i did ios project there last sem. library is quiet on 2nd floor, good for last minute prep. but sports ground? nope, small football area only. hostel is triple sharing AC for 1.2L which feels costly. wifi works in class but dies in hostel after 6 PM. canteen maggi 30 rs chai 15 rs, its fine. parking fills by 9 AM. overall infrastructure is manageable but dont expect too much, its an ipu college so yeah.

im in CSE 3rd year and academics are... average tbh. profs know their stuff but no spoonfeeding, u gotta study yourself. curriculum is mostly theoretical, latest tech like AI/ML is touch and go. practical labs are better than theory classes. internal exams are chill if u study 2-3 days before. attendance is strict — 75% mandatory or else detainment fear. job-ready? not directly, but basics get cleared. compared to galgotias or NIET, almost same level. self study is must for coding. 6/10.

placements are what u expect from an IPU college. TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant come every year mass recruiters only. highest was 24.6 LPA but ngl that was one exceptional student. average package is 4-5 LPA which is normal for private IPU colleges. T&P cell is active, they conduct mock tests and GD practice from 3rd year. CSE students get most drives. core product companies? very rare. if u want 10+ LPA then off campus is your only option. decent safety net but not a launchpad. prepare parallel.

Fees are around 1.8L per year for CSE which is on the higher side for IPU private college. Hostel is extra 1.2L which feels costly for triple sharing. Facilities match the fees partially at best — AC classrooms, labs, library. But campus size and sports facilities are lacking. Compared to what you pay, value is below average. Difficult for middle class family to manage comfortably — don't expect too much for this price.

campus life is weak. what life in 5 acres? no big ground, no proper fest — small tech fest only. societies exist but not very active. canteen is basic, maggi chai available. hostel has face recognition entry which is unnecessary drama. location is good though, metro is near. mostly students attend class and go home. if u want full college life experience then DTC is not that place. just focus on studies and placements.

my advice — join only if u dont have better IPU option. u gotta code yourself, dont expect much from college. keep off campus prep parallel.
