Yes you can take admission in Delhi university even if your high school level board was not international board. University of Delhi each year start a application process separately for foreign students who wish to apply  for  any course. But foreign students are exempted from entrance exam to get admission in any professional programmes like bba ,BMS, b.Ed, m.Ed ,BSc in PE BAmusic etc.about 10% of total strength of the department will be allowed to get admission.

Your All India Rank will be 87683 going by the formula 100-88.91*869010/100 where in 88.91 is your percentile and 869010 is the no.of Candidates who appeared for JEE Mains in January. You haven't mentioned your Home State. But with this All India rank, a seat in NIT is difficult. But there might be chances that you might get a seat in lower specialisations of your Home State with reservation. You might have to appear for July session. Due to riot situation the examination for Boards were postponed in the North Eastern region of Delhi but later the exams did not happen on the postponed day as well due to COVID-19 situation.

According to news site, the Board authority is planning to conduct the left over exams in the month of July, so one need to have a regular check on notices for dates of examination and so the result would be declared once all examination are concluded.

see the admission in bba course of delhi technological university is based on best of 4 subjects including english from 10+2 course, however every year cutoff score changes and it depends on number of participants, seat matrix, students category, I suggest you to apply for dtu when application is open.
