In most of the nits college starts from 27 of july for the new comers in their respective institutes but for seniors the start dates are varied for different national institute of technology.
27 is not a exact date as nits varies with their convocation dates .

You can get North East NITs provided you are eligible for a Home State Quota in those states. Because through Home State Quota, you can get even the trending branches there. Otherwise you have nearly no chances to get any.

As you mention that your obc rank is 57 thousand . This is very large number . I am very sorry to inform you that as per previous year's cut you will not be getting any nit college even in North East .

what is the hostel and mess fees in east point medical college?

hi,

the hostel fees structure for Eastern Academy of Science Techology in Khordha is given as follows -

10,000 INR for hostel charge

20,000 INR for single bed room

18,000 INR for double bed-room

However the accomodation in the Hostel is not compulsory. The hostel facility is good.
