Hello Aspirant,
Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as General. If wrong then kindly correct me in the comment section below.
See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the cut-offs keep on changing every year but yes we can provide you the list of colleges that you can get based on previous years cut-off data.
So according to the data, on such marks and category you have almost no chances for any of the government medical colleges because in 2020 the closing cut-offs were around 530+ marks but you have some chances of getting private quota seat in some medical colleges in Karnataka under state quota according to previous year's cut-off.
As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you have chances in following colleges :-
Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, Bangalore
Akash Institute of Medical Science and Research Centre, Devanahalli
Al-Ameen Medical College, Bijapur
And some more......
You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

Dear student,
with the marks you mentioned and assuming your OPEN category, your rank would be anywhere in between 118668 to 133400 as per our JEE mains rank predictor.
However this is not exact rank, as rank of students is depends on various factors like:
1- Difficulty level of examination
2- No. of students appeared in exam
3- Relative marking
4- Category of an individual and many more
However the rank which is predicted above is by analyzing previous yeas trends of rank vs score which will give you an rough idea of ranking corresponding to marks.
We can do same for admission criteria in institutes, as admission to any institutes depends on closing rank which is decided by authority itself, hence it is not possible to tell you about seats allocation in colleges.
But we previous years trends we can get a rough idea over it.
------As per previous years trends the maximum closing rank for various programs in NITs, IIITs and GFTIs for general category is around 60000 to 70000 considering home quota too.
Hence, you have low chances for getting CSE in NITs, IIITs and GFTIs.

Hey aspirant
Predicting rank based on mark is difficult. As cut off mark changes from year to year based on toughness of exam, number of candidates appeared, number of seats etc. According to previous year trend if you are from general category, you need to score 600+ . But there might have changes. You have a good probability of getting admission in private medical colleges. For rank prediction and college prediction refer the below link.
