Hi Ronak.

To calculate the All India Rank from your achieved percentile, use this formula:

((100-M)/100) * N  +   1.

where M is the Percentile obtained, and N is the number of appeared candidates.

>> Various factors that affect AIR are:

  1. Number of students appeared.
  2. Difficulty of exam.
  3. Performance in exam.
  4. Marks obtained in exam.

For simplicity of purpose, you may use this JEE Main college predictor to know your chances into colleges:

Hi

It's quite difficult to make prediction as marks vs percentile vs rank keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like

------------------------) number of students that appeared in the exam,

------------------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,

------------------------) toughness level of the examination for different shifts of the exam etc.

But yes ,

When we go through previous years trend then,

--------------------------------) 58 percentile

Sea-water also contains salts of metals like sodium chloride, magnesium chloride, etc. The natural materials in which the metals or their compounds are found in earth are called minerals. For example Rock salt, Bauxite, Pyrolusite, Cuprite and many more. Some minerals may contain a large percentage of metal whereas others may contain only a small percentage of the metal.
