The minority quota in private colleges of Karnataka, can only be availed by the candidates domiciled in Karnataka. Even though you belong to the minority, as you are a non local (non domiciled), you will have to apply through OPEN CATEGORY and will not be able to avail the minority quota.

Hello aspirant.

To be eligible for application to any medical/dental college, you need to qualify the NEET exam first. As you mentioned you belong to the SC category, the cut off marks for SC category for session 2021 is 108. However, as you have scored below 108, you have not qualified for the NEET exam and hence are ineligible to sit for the AIQ/ state counseling procedures which allows admission into various government/private/deemed medical/dental colleges. You can take a drop and try again next year.
