I want to inform you that at 554 marks and 43905 ALL INDIA RANK yes you are under the cutoff rank as of 2020 and might get a good or infact great veterinary college that also in government college.

Hope you know which colleges you have to opt for and which do not.

All colleges or karnataka, tamil nadu , delhi and rajasthan as practical knowledge are most in these state college .

At 554 marks and you are from obc category so it is very difficult to predict whether you will get a government medical college anywhere in India Or not because cutoff changes every year due to many factors like no. Of seats, no. Of candidates, Difficultly level.

According to last year's cutoff you need atleast 600+ marks to get any government medical college.

But yes you can get any private medical college at these marks:-

I want to i form you as you have asked that YES, you can get MBBS seat in deemed college at the rank of 249905 but i must tell you if you are going for deemed university then try to opt for DY PATIL MUMBAI as it is one of the good college if you can afford the fees that will be around 24 lakh p.a.

And yes you can get any deemed college in odisha do not worry about that.

In NEET UG 2020, the closing rank (General Category) to get admission (MBBS) in Hi Tech Medical College, Odisha via 15% All India Quota was 50,218. So, going by this trend, with an All India Rank of 2,49,905 it is difficult to get admission in Hi Tech Medical College, Odisha.
