With the marks of 365, the getting a seat in government medical colleges is quite difficult enough for the general category. Rather you may try for private medical colleges also through management quota seats which might be quite possible enough. The private medical colleges in telegana may include

Really sorry but No, there are less chances of you to get the admission in government medical college with 249905 rank. But don't loose hope as the cut off varies every year so maybe you'll get the admission because cut off depends upon various numbers of factors such as the difficulty level of exams, no of candidates, etc. But the cut off for the reserved category is comparatively low than the cut off of unreserved category.
