Hello,
Considering the previous year cut off you do not have chances to get seat in MCA in Bangalore University. Last year a candidate with rank 1485 belonging to SCG category secured admission to MCA in Bangalore University. But you have chances of getting seat in other institutes enlisted
Cut off changes every year depending on total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
To check the previous year cut off click on the link given below

Hey candidate,
As per your mentioned query, state category rank is that rank which you get among all the candidates of that category who appeared for the exam. While All India Rank (AIR) or Overall rank is the rank which you get among all the candidates who appeared for the exams.
Let us take a reference for making more understandable suppose you go for a admission and want admission in a XYZ (example) college , then of your AIR os enough to get seat in that college then you will get it from your AIR otherwise they check your state category rank then according to that they will decide whether you are eligible for the seat or not.
Basically , your category rank will help you to get best seat for you.
Hope you understand.
Thank you!!

Hello aspirant,
As you have asked this question i want to inform you that you should first look at the cutoff of all the categories and then choose for the one whose cutoff is lower or you have higher chances of getting medical college.
BUT, you should have all the documents required by the time of document verification.
Hopefully I have cleared your doubt.
Hello, I hope you are doing well
KMAT Exam was conducted on 28 November 2021. The schedule for the KMAT Counseling will be announced on the official website of KMAT after the Cutoff for different institutes has been declared by all the participating institutes.
The Result of KMAT Exam was announced on 8th December 2021, keep an eye on the official website for the counseling schedule.
Also make sure you have all your required documents for the counseling be it your High School marksheet or Caste/character certificate.
Hope this helps.
Dear aspirant,
As you have secured 3k approximately in pgcet mca Karnataka and considering you belong to the hak region so you would have fair chances of getting good colleges likeRVCE Bangalore - RV College of Engineering,Jain University, Bangalore,Presidency College, Bangalore,Christ University, Bangalore,MSRIT Bangalore - Ramaiah Institute of Technology.
However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

Hello there ,
Hope you are doing well.
As per the new guideline given to MCC by the Supreme court, the All India Counselling for NEET is to occur in 4 rounds . Earlier , there used to be only 2 rounds to fill the 15% seats of the state government medical colleges and all the seats of the central institutes like AIIMS. After the 2 rounds, whatever seats were left under the 15% state government quota were then transferred to the state counselling authorities to filled through the state quota counselling.
This new guideline will mostly benefit the students of the states where cutoffs usually go high like Delhi ,Bihar, Rajasthan etc. , sometimes even higher than the All India cutoff for a government medical college. So, these students will be able to get a seat through the All India Counselling in some other state if the cutoff of their own state is very high .
Also,it will be made sure that almost none of the 15% seats are left to be filled by AIQ.So, there's very less probability that any seats will be transferred to the state after AIQ.
So,it can be concluded that the All India Quota cutoff for a government medical college will be lower ,on the other hand the state quota cutoffs may increase a bit than usual ,as of now. This applies to most of the states including West Bengal and yes the cutoff scores for private medical colleges is also supposed to increase as overall cutoff will increase through the state quota.
You are advised to wait for the Counselling process to commence and only then will we be able to know the exact cut-offs and how this new guideline will affect the cutoffs .
You can keep visiting the official website of MCC for further updates,
