Dear Student,
There is not a single interfere of government to deciding the cutoff of any college. This is decided by college according to the availability of seat and demand of the college. That's why it vary from year to year, there is not any fix cutoff but you can predict according to the condition of college but not the exact.
It totally depends upon the college, demand, level of paper, availability of seat.
Good Luck :)
Hello,
If we go through last year AIQ cut-offs then with AIR 80682 and 504 marks and UR category chances to secure GMC or even government dental college is quite tough as the cut-offs are on higher side,
from your profile it seems you belong to Karnataka, based purely on 2019 cut-offs you may have chances for government quota in the following private medical colleges:-
however, this is completely based on previous year data, cut-offs are subjected to alter every year based on various factors such as
total number of candidates appearing for the exam
difficulty level of the paper
top NEET scores
reservation
seat matrix, etc..

As I have searched the annual average salary of a student who has completed graphic designing course and started learning is 3.3 lakh per annum which means almost thirty thousand per month. It is a very good pay in hand. However with the ongoing experience the salary of the graphic designer increases and it reaches up to eight lacs per annum which means almost 70 thousand per month.
