Considering the previous year cut off trend you do not have chances to get seat in MBBS under 15% All India Quota. Last year the cut off for 15% AIQ seats has increased. Yes at 295 marks there is a considerable chance that you will clear the NEET 50th percentile cutoff and also the BAMS cutoff also there is a chance of you getting a government BAMS College as the cutoff for the same for GEN EWS was around 250 marks

Congratulations for scoring 595. According to the previous year,  619 was AIQ cut-off for 1st round of counselling, it was 611 for second round of counselling . As the cutoff is still high but slightly low this time , it could be 615 for 1st round of AIQ .Chances of admission through all India quota seems difficult but there is a fair chance in state counselling.
