Hi

I am  assuming  you from general category

Your profile suggest that your domicile state is Uttar Pradesh

It's quite difficult to predict because cut off  depends upon various factors like

------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,

------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,

------------)  toughness level of the neet examination

------------)  number of seats available etc

When we go through previous data then

>>>> With  538 marks,

You hold  a   low chance for an mbbs seat in a Government Medical College

For example,

in neet  2020, 610 marks ( 15450 rank)  for general category was the cut off marks  to get a seat in Govt. Medical College   under UP  state quota and it was for Autonomous State Medical College and Associated Teaching Hospital, Bahraich

You can check the same at

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-up/amp

You have chances for mbbs in private medical college under UP state quota which are listed below  :-

  • Shri Ram Murti Smarak Institute of Medical Sciences, Bareilly:- 491 marks

  • School of Medical Sciences and Research, Greater Noida:- 448

  • Subharti Medical College, Meerut:- 416 marks

  • United Institute of Medical Sciences, Prayagraj

  • FH Medical College, Agra

  • National Capital Region Institute of Medical Sciences, Meerut

  • Varun Arjun Medical College, Shahjahanpur

And a few more

Under 15 % all india quota for government colleges, your chances are even lower for government mbbs colleges because its cut off goes even higher .

In all india counselling,

You have chances in deemed universities for mbbs which are listed below along with their cut off marks in neet 2020,2nd round all india counselling conducted  for 100 % deemed university seats   :-

----------) JSS Medical College, Jagadguru:- 528 marks

----------) Symbiosis , Pune:- 528 marks

----------) K.S Hegde Medical Academy, Mangaluru:- 491 marks

----------) Rural Medical College and PIMS, Loni:- 489 marks

----------) Amrita Institute of Medical Science, Kochi:- 479 marks

Hello,

NEET 2021 results have been declared by the National Testing Agency NTA.

To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every depending upon several factors such as-

• Number of applicants in NEET exam

• NEET question paper difficulty level

• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result

• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021

NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-

• General /EWS- 50th percentile

• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile

• General-PwD - 45th percentile

• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile

Marks wise cut off is as following -

• General - 720-138

• OBC/SC/ST - 137-108

• Gen PwD - 137-122

• (OBC /SC / ST ) PwD - 121-108

Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty level of examination cut-off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs have increased compared to last year.

See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year.

It would be very difficult for you to get Government Medical College with your marks, as according to previous year trends minimum marks last year for Government seat inMBBS for General category was 471 in  Amaltas Institute of Medical Sciences and at rank 68239.

However you might want to try getting a seat in few Private colleges & deemed Universities.

With the marks you have scored, you might have chances in Deemed universities-

• Chettinad Hospital and Research Institute, Kelambakkam- MBBS

• Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Manipal- BDS

• Bharati Vidyapeeth Dental College and Hospital, Pune- BDS

• GITAM Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Visakhapatnam- 197 Marks

• Aarupadai Veedu Medical College and Hospt., Puducherry:- 192 marks

The All India Rank vs State rank varies based on factors such as total number of candidates applied for the counselling, highest score, lowest score, ties in score etc. And the state rank will be less than All India Rank because the students applying for state counselling are limited.
