Dear aspirant
Odisha state counseling cut off marks for Gen category was Air 24031 and 591 marks in NEET 2020.
As this year also mark vs rank are almost same as previous year so there will be rarely a fluctuations in cut off marks. It may just go 3-5 marks up or down. So that left you almost no chance of getting govt mbbs seat in Odisha state. AIQ counseling cut off marks will go 605+ so there also you don't have chance.
You can get only private colleges in other state or AIQ counseling.
You can try for private medical colleges in Odisha state counseling as cut off marks for hi-tech medical college, Rourkela was 568 marks for gen category so you may get this in last round.
You have good chance of getting govt BAMS in AIQ counseling so you can go for that.
You can use NEET UG college predictor tool for knowing chances of getting MBBS BDS ayush colleges at your expected marks.

Dear aspirant
At your expected marks it's very tough for you to get govt mbbs seat in both AIQ and haryana state quota counseling.
Haryana state counseling cut off marks for Gen category candidates in NEET 2020 was 600 marks in Shaheed Hasan Khan Mewati Government Medical College, Nalhar
Where as all india quota counseling cut off marks for Gen category candidates was Air 15038 and 611+ marks.
NEET 2021 cut off marks will be almost same as previous year be cause rank vs Mark is almost same as last year neet you might see just minor 2-3 marks up and down in counseling Cut off.
So there are almost rare chance for you to get govt mbbs college. You might have some chances for BDS seat in AIQ counseling.
You will get good private medical colleges in both AIQ and state counseling so you can go for that.

Hello,
I hope you are doing fine, As you have not mentioned to which state domicile and category you belong, it is difficult to predict because the cut off varies from state to state. But in general, with 280 marks you cannot secure a BHMS /BAMS seat in govt. colleges unless you have any reservations. You can try for private colleges, you have few chances to get a seat.
I hope you find this information helpful. I wish you all the best for your future.
Good Luck
Hello,
It is quite difficult to predict the exact state rank as it depends on total number of candidates applied for Telangana State NEET counselling, highest score, lowest score, tie in the score etc. Each year AIR vs state rank varies. Based on the previous year merit list your state merit may vary in between 800-1500. It is subjected to change this year based on the factors mentioned above. You can find the previous year final merit list using the link below

Hello Aspirant,
With this score in general category it's difficult to get government college. But you try for state quota seats of Karnataka. since you have got 437 marks in your NEET exam 2021, and you belong to general category so dear at this rank it is very difficult you to get any government medical college. Yes if you possess any kind of state reservation type something than you can have the chances otherwise you can get private medical colleges.
