Govt colleges like DTU and NSIT consider JEE Mains marks to provide admission. But they have their separate counselling and it is held separately through JAC Delhi. For eligibility you must have secured at least 60% aggregate marks or more in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. So, you can apply to these colleges. Rank required: If you are aspiring for top NITs, your rank should be less than 10,000. However, newer NITs accept candidates who are above 50,000 rank in JEE Main. It also depends on the reservation policy of the respective institute.

Actually if you compare between those two colleges with respect to the placement rate the placement package the infrastructure and the fees, we can easily conclude which one is better. For Goa College of Engineering the cost fore course is about 12 thousand. The infrastructure is good.there and no mention of placement rate in their official website but the average packages about 3.6 lakh per annum.
another college is also government college but their fees is quite high about 2.5 lakh.there are no placement record and no average salary package mentioned in their official website.

If we talk Rajiv Gandhi Government engineering College , Kangra it has lower fees as compared to gaya engineering college . Also It is established in 2014 and gaya engineering college is 2008 . Rajiv Gandhi Government engineering College is affiliated to Himachal Pradesh Technical University , Hamirpur while gaya college of engineering is affiliated to Aryabhatta University , Patna . Btech Programs of both are more and less are same . If you want to join , then I will recommend you to Rajiv Gandhi Government engineering College as it is slightly better .

E very pathetic you will not see any good infrastructure in this college so forget about anything that you planning to have in this college so forget about anything sports interest they do not have any sports around and that's not talk about infrastructure
