Dear friend,
There are two ways for taking admission through NRI sponsored quota-
First way-
Appear in the special NRI Test which is conducted by NIFT. Last date of applying is 11th July.
Second route-
Attend counseling and choose an NRI seat (subject to its availability at your desired center) according to your common merit rank.
Additional documents required for an NRI seat apart from regular ones.
i) The undertaking signed by the NRI/Foreign National (Annexure VIII)
ii) Photocopy of the passport of the NRI/Foreign National attested by the Indian consulate of the embassy or by the solicitor of the country where the NRI/foreign national resides.
iii) Demand Draft of Rs.724200/- in favour of NIFT H.O. payable at the city in which candidate is attending the counseling.
All other documents required while taking up a regular seat.

The cost of various courses differs in GNITS. For all the Masters courses the fees is around Rs.94,000 whereas the Bachelor's couses cost somewhere around Rs.84,250 approximately.

I enjoy and struggle a bit, but it is memorable.

The infrastructure and other things are good but could be better. As it is a women’s college, the premises are maintained well, but hostel facilities and other factors like food still need improvement. The taste of the food is not up to the mark, and hygiene needs to improve a lot. Sports and game opportunities are good so far.
Campus has friendly environment.

College is Wi-Fi enabled campus but only for laptops. Labs are good enough. Classrooms are good. In library, all kinds of books are available and learning is present too. In hostel, there are AC and non-AC rooms spread across 3 hostel blocks. The whole college is 12 acres. Medical facilities available for students like first aid and emergencies are deal with nearby hospital.

College Infrastructure
The classrooms are spacious, with smart boards and projectors. High-speed Wi-Fi is available across the department. The library is great, with Wi-Fi, excellent books to learn from and daily newspapers from different publications. It's great to be on campus but the hostel warden is the worst I've ever had. She is so rude, quite rubbish and unbearable.
