as far as college selection is involved i'll personally suggest you to go for svit and with branch EC.

but college selection depends upon many factor like location you think would be more favorable for you and the money or fee that you think is suitable to you.

I will brief you up on both the institutes however it is up to you to know which one is better. Since you have not mentioned any stream I will give you a general view.

SVIT Vasad- As per the students sudying there this college is the best after MSU in Gujarat for computer and IT.  More than 50 companies visit the college for placements.The teachers are pretty good and very knowledgeable. They hare always keen to help be it in studies or placement related issues. The infrastructure is good with wifi and ac classrooms.

GEC Bharuch-Companies Like L&T, Acer, etc., visit the college for placements and the average package offered is around 3.5 lakhs. They have huge labs and classrooms and the infrastructure is great. They too have 24*7 wifi and the faculty is well qualified with some even having cleared upsc and net exam.

Gandhi engineering colleges comes under the reputed colleges. Both GIET and GITA have good infrastructure facilities with supportive faculty members. Both colleges provide good placement opportunities for Computer science engineering branch in the reputed companies like TCS, MINDTREE, CAVISION, XPANSION etc. There is only one factor which makes a difference that is the location and fee structure of GITA, it offers course in less amount than GIET.

GOVERNMENT ENGINEERING COLLEGE(GEC) JAMUI, is one of the new Government Engineering College established by the Government of Bihar under the Department of Science and Technology. It will start its first academic session 2018 from campus of Government Polytechnic, Jamui. The new engineering college will have four engineering branches - Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics & Communication with an intake of 60 per branch and 240 students in total.
