College Infrastructure
College infrastructure was really good with all facilities like library, park, canteen, study rooms, labs, digital classrooms etc. All classes, labs, libraries and sports centres were affiliated with WiFi, digital smart boards and all kinds of lab equipments. Everything was cleaned day in and day out.
Really good college in the city.

The infrastructure is quite good, but it is small compared to other colleges. Wi-Fi and labs are available. The speed of Wi-Fi is average most of the time. All kinds of sports facilities are available, and all kinds of sports equipments are provided by the college
Giving review to my college is one of the good experience.

College Infrastructure
The infrastructure of the college is too good. It has all the facilities and equipment for the students like WiFi, projector, separate lab with AC. The living space is always clean and the food provided by the college is hygienic for health.

Yes, you can take admission into GEC in 2nd year through the Lateral Entry Scheme, but eligibility depends on your current course; if you are pursuing a diploma in engineering (AICTE approved), then you can directly apply through CG Vyapam Lateral Entry counseling and get admitted to 2nd year B.Tech in GEC Raipur or other GECs, but if your course is not a diploma in engineering, eligibility may be restricted.

If you are doing a 3-year diploma in a technical course from a recognized institute, you can apply for lateral entry to the 2nd year at GEC. Admission is usually through a lateral entry exam or state counselling. Your diploma should be relevant and approved by the authorities. Being from Raipur, and if you are a Chhattisgarh domicile, it helps your chances. Check with the specific GEC and state admission rules for exact eligibility.

HELLO,
Yes you may be able to get admission in Government Engineering College (GEC) in the second year through the lateral entry scheme but it depends on the certain conditions :-
1.Eligibility:-
- You must have completed a Diploma in Engineering/Polytechnic for atleast 3 years or hold a Bsc degree with Mathematics as one of the subjects.
- Minimum percentage criteria usually as generally 45-50% for general category and relaxation for reserved categories
How you can apply :-
1.In Chhattisgarh admissions to second year for lateral entry are done through state level counselling conducted by DTE Raipur
2.You need to apply for the counselling process when the notification is released and select GEC as your preferred college
3.Kindly check the number of seats before applying because your admission also depends on the number of seats available in the second year under lateral entry quota
4.Branch Change may or may not be allowed depending on the seat availability
5.If you are currently in a Diploma course in Raipur then you will be eligible after completing it
So if you are doing a diploma in Engineering then you can definitely apply for lateral entry to GEC in 2nd year through counselling
