It depends on the number of the seats left after 1st round and the number of students left. There are chances you can get and there are chances of not getting it too. So we can't exactly tell you whether you will get or not.

The rank is a bit higher to the best of my knowledge in my view it will be difficult for you to get the core branch but in case of the tier 2 branch it can be within your reach.

To get admission in IET your rank matters not marks because level of paper may vary with respect to previous years papers but you should try to score atleast 450 marks (under 3000 rank)to deserve some core branches .One more thing that during counselling you should have patience because in
