Yes you can definitely choose any one of the branches. In IT you deal with software and on ther other hand in CSE you deal with hardware. So, it is totally your choice you want them both or you want to work on software. It should be your choice rather than someone else taking decision of your future.
However, if we you want to know about the college then

• Chaitanya Bharathi Institute ofTechnology is ranked 124th
• Goka Raju Ranga Raju Institute of Engineeringand Technology is ranked 180

These rankings are from NIRF rankings that are released by government of India every year and the other colleges you mentioned are not in the list. Considering the reliability of the source you can refer this order for the colleges. But here we are not simply comparing the colleges for same branch but we are talking about 2 different streams. So i will still suggest you to go with your interest.

No. If you wish to take admission in GRIET College in any course, then you need to qualify in the EAMCET examination conducted by Government of Telangana. After clearing the exam, you need to sit for the counselling process, & based on the marks you obtain, you will be assigned the college if you opt for it.

You can get a seat in management quota in this college but you still need to sit for the entrance exam. The donation fee can be around INR 30 Lakhs.

There is no scholarship for getting admission to the college after completing 12th board.

GRIET (Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering & Technology), Hyderabad is an autonomous Institution and affiliated to JNTUH.  This college offers undergraduate and Postgraduate programs in Engineering.  GRIET is accredited with NAAC. TS EAMCET is the common entrance examination for admission in this college.

GRIET does not Biotechnology Engineering Stream. As you have secured 9671 rank in TS EAMCET, which is an excellent rank, You can opt for CBIT ( Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology) Which has Biotechnology Engineering.

Free seat (full Reimbursement) are only for reserved category candidates belonging to SC/ST rest category (BC & Minor) has partial fee reimbursement. It also depends upon the type of institution as well whether government, private or Autonomous.

GRIET was established by Dr G Gangaraju with the support of Gokaraju Rangaraju Educational Society. The name of the college has been kept on this basis only. Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering and Technology is a self-financed institution. The college is permanently affiliated to and autonomous under JNTUH, Hyderabad.

1. Placements wise Sreenidhi is quite good.
2. Quality of education wise, faculty at Sreenidhi are quite experienced and have good knowledge about what they teach.
3. Infrastructure and facilities wise Sreenidhi is good.

Instead, I would suggest you make the decision based on:

1. The quality of faculty present in each college for the branch you want to study.
2. The true placement figures and the probability of employment post graduation.

CBIT and GRIET colleges are quite good.The placements and infrastructure of cbit  college is good. Nearly 75 % students got placed in different companies.The highest salary package offered for this college by microsoft company is 43 LPA. The highest package offered was 12  lakhs in last year.The average salary package offered was 6 lakhs.Top recruiting companies visit this college every year.Faculty is very well experienced and highly qualified.

GRIET placement and infrastructure is quite good.nearly 70% of students got placed in different companies .The highest salary package offered was 30 LPA and the average salary package offered was 4 LPA.Faculty is very well experienced and highly qualified.I would like to suggest cbit is better than GRIET in my point of view.Hope this information helps you.
