if you get admission in round 1 then its okay but otherwiswe if you want to go for round2 you dont have to fill

You haven't mentioned your home state but even if you belong to Maharashtra then also it's a bit difficult.
Honestly dear you percentile is less to get gcoe amravati as its open category ranking is closed at 10,000 and for reserved category it closed at 20,000 approximately. You can apply some of the colleges below-

You can get admission into Sinhagad College of Engineering, Pune based on your MHT-CET marks.
But Chances are low for admission at Government College of Engineering, Aurangabad as cut-offs are high than your MHT-CET marks.

Unfortunately, it's very difficult for you to get a government college, because CSE is most in-demand course in Engineering, and for government colleges the cut-off ends at above 95 percentile general category. No it is not required to be regularly attending the lecture at government college of engineering and ceramic technology kolkata. But the thing you must keep in mind is that you must not skip the main classes and labs.
