• The placement cell sends invites to the companies about the placement drive.

• Recruiters innterested accepts the invite and their participation is confirmed. 

• Placement cells go through the entries and inform the companies about the Tentative dates of the placement drive.

• The companies may conduct Pre-Placement Talks.

• After that the students can decide to keep their candidature or not.

• The interested candidates apply for the recruitment process of the company.

• GPT Bidar placement cell and the recruiters decide on a mutually confirmed date for the campus drive.

• Companies conduct the Group Discussion, Personal Interview, Written tests or Aptitude Tests which can vary from company to company.

• Applicants selected will receive the offer letters.
