Hi Khusboo,
Both are decent choices to pursue CSE. I would say that GTBIT is a slightly better choice to go for, since it is one of the traditionally reputed colleges of IPU. The study environment is serious here with good faculty. Placements are quite good for CSE and the package would depend on your abilities.
JIIT also has good placements, but studies are not up to the mark. However, at the end self study is the most important.
You can choose based on your priorities like location, studies fees etc.
All the best!
Hey Amandeep! The ultimate aim of a student when he is studying so hard for 4 years is to get placed and placement records of University Institute of Engineering and Technology, Maharshi Dayanand University - [UIET], Rohtak is not good if we compare with Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology - [GTBIT], New Delhi. So according to me you should go for GTBIT as it has good placement records and faculty. Hope this may help you.
The placement procedure is pretty good in Amity. The fact is, no matter what, you will end up getting a job.
But there are certain catches there. If you want to get into a specialization sector, that is a core sector with an R&D profile, your requirement would either be an M.Tech or a PhD. The salary shown in the JD would be nothing more than 3LPA. When that becomes an issue for you, you will be told that ‘tailor-made’ jobs cannot be brought in ‘just' for you.
See, you will get a job irrespective of what stream you belong to. If the above mentioned issue is absent in your case, and you are happy with whatever job you get (read: Business Development, Marketing, Sales, etc.) then you'd probably be the luckiest person. You'll get an amazing job, with a minimum package of 4LPA and may easily go upto 7.5LPA. Even higher, in certain cases.
I've seen so many people get into such jobs, where the job was the priority and not the profile. It is greatly advised that before considering any job, do go through the JD thoroughly and ask the recruiters about your doubts, if any. They don't bite. Neither do they have a say in your academic performance. Just clear it out. They are always impressed by students who are smart enough to question them
GTBIT is one of the topmost college for BTech in Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
The main reasonsfor GTBIT popularity are:
GTBIT has been conscious of its obligations towards placement of students.
Placement cell is headed by senior faculty,is further strengthening this activity by way of regular industrial visits of students and interaction with industries and business houses.

Hello swapnil,
Both colleges are good for engineering in computer science. But if comparison is made then GTBIT college cs is better than of kiet. GTBIT has great infrastructure, teachers and pretty good placements.
Good luck
GTB Institute of technology has good infrastructure as I am pursuring B. TECH from this college. College has good amazing campus very spacy area with proper classroom , lab, pratical rooms, and extracurricular activities are also opportunity in the campus.
GTBIT’s campus spans 6 acres and is well-maintained. While it’s not the largest, you’ll find various benefits. The library, society spaces, and canteen are highlights. However, the classrooms lack air conditioning, which can be tough during summers.
Yeah college has all necessary infrastructure to make a student's life easier. Labs are equipped with latest tech and are easily accessible. There are separate common rooms for both genders to spend time and hang out.
