The Library is an academic resource center of learning and makes available the resources through books, journals, manuals/documents, online internet services, e-Library, etc to users in partial fulfillment of the objective of establishing the library – i.e. to provide the aviation industry with trained and qualified personnel who would be able to ensure safe air and ground operations in accordance with DGCA standards.

The College has excellent playgrounds and facilities. Students can practice volleyball, basketball, cricket, football, table tennis, shuttle badminton, and carom. The students who are interested in joining the sports activities in the Institution should bring their sports and games certificates if any, won at the school level they will be selected for sports and games activities, and outstanding performers will be selected to represent the college in various tournaments.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The cafeteria at HIET is very spacious and is situated on the college premises. The conducive atmosphere at the canteen provides solace for the students, to relax and also have sumptuous food along with their friends. The canteen can accommodate more than 450 students. The canteen is beneficial for both the staff and students and there is absolutely no need to venture out for refreshments and lunch. Wheels and Wings cafeteria proudly boasts of hygienic food at low tariffs, potable water, and excellent service. There are separate dining facilities for students and staff.

The College has adequate bus services, which are made available to the students and the faculty members for commuting from various points in the city and also operated from the suburban to the campus and back. All students should make use of college transport or should stay in the hostel. This facility has made it possible to start the classes in time and thereby helping the academic process. Our bus facilities have enabled us to maintain discipline among students.
