Hi manoranjan . Well vssut is one of the most prestigious institution of engineering in orissa so it difficult for you to get admission into it with any good branch but still you canget lower branches and as per the indra gandhi institute you can get chemical engineering as well

As per my concerns as an IGITian you can get a seat in IGIT Sarang with that percentile. Better I will suggest to try for many more colleges in Odisha like VSSUT,CET etc. you may even get a seat there.

The result for Bsc 1st year 2019 for indira gandhi institute of technology will be declared in March or April in 2020, officially date is not notified.so you have to wait tille March atleast.
