I have score 62.65 percentile in CET is there any possibility that I can get ISBS ?

With this score the chances are less for ISBS. The other colleges you can apply for Don Bosco Institute of Technology, Mumbai, Durgadevi Saraf Institute of Management Studies, Malad (W), Mumbai etc. You can check the cuoff with the given below link.

I got 446.5 MAT composite score in February, can I get admission in this on this score.

You can not expect good colleges based on this score so I would suggest you to reappear MAT May exam. If you want then you can check the best possibilities then you can use MAT Pathfinder tool.

College Infrastructure

The college has very good infrastructure with all facilities. The classrooms is very good and big with all modern facilities. The wifi facilities is available with high speed network in the campus. The lab, library, computers are well equipped with all mordern facilities.
