The duration of this diploma programme is 26 weeks. Students are required to maintain 80 per cent attendance in classes for each subject is compulsory for appearing in the semester examinations.
The course has an extensive curriculum which covers various topics such as cooperative movement and the role of cooperatives in agricultural and rural development, organisational behaviour, communication, cooperative credit, banking and project management.
Yes, field or observation study is compulsory for two weeks in any ten cooperative institutions and students must submit a report to score 50% marks.
