One can get a seat in sastra college in two ways

1.Using Jee main percentile

2.using Intermediate examination marks.

You got a good percentile in jee mains.So, you will  get a seat in sastra college most probably.But not sure about  the branch.

Sure.1400 is too god,but JNTU Hyderabad you didn't get CSE,ECE but you belongs to sc and st category definitely you get it.you choose chemical engineering and IT sector.
