thank you for approaching us  . yes , you can take admission in the institute of public enterprise , hyderabad with your ipe percentage .  the eligibility is that the candidate must have a minimum of 50% in the 12th or equivalent examinations.

My ipe marks are 973.I had qualified JEEMAINS marks of 54.I had Applied sastra first counselling Bt I didn't Getseat.Y? Am I not eligible ? for this i already answerd you

hai in jee mains ipe marks doesnt matters only they care about jee marks so may be for that marks the closing rank was not upto the sastra i think so that may me tha reason for not getting the seat
