Your rank would be somewhat between 18k-20k. Rank is predicted on the basis of 75% of tseamcet and and 25% of ipe. You can get CBIT, Vasavi, Gokaraju, VNR. I don't think you can get the preferred branches like CSE, ECE.  I'm sure you can get these branches in TKR,
