It cannot happen because your hall ticket number and details you filled in eamcet form should match to complete registration so you can enquire once wat is actual reason

definately you can apply for sastra while sastra takes in by 2 streams 

one stream is on JEE mains rank and +2

and other is +2 only but you will have high competation in it

with this score you have chances of getting in there
