You first need to pass your 10+2 level if your college does not provide you with all the certificates then you will not be able to go for further studies and you will need minimum of 75% aggerate in your 10+2 level to get admissions in NITs and IITs.

A candidate seeking admission to Bachelorof Physiotherapy should be at least 17years of age.Some of the subjects in which you can pursue Masters in physiotherapy are:

Physiotherapy and Education MSc (PGCert PGDip)

Sports Medicine MSc.

Rehabilitation Studies in Prosthetics (and or Orthotics) PGCert.

Exercise Rehabilitation MSc.

Manual Therapy MSc.

There are colleges which accept you considering your IPE marks. But it might me tough to get a free seat. It would be easy if you get a better rank in JEE or APEAMCET. Hope this helps you out.

If you were to take my opinion I would recommend you to kindly participate in the counselling in case your category  seats are vacant in the above branches because in these rounds generally very less candidates participate in this counselling.

So, you would have good chances to get

98 percentile in Jee mains and

10 cgpa in ap state or 985 in Telangana state will be required to get CSE in Sastra.

There is no merit based admission in Osmania University. You cannot get admission in the University with only IPE percentage. Osmania University being one of the top universities in Telangana requires you to write an entrance exam and get excellent marks in order to get admission.
